The location is a major highlight being within walking distance of numerous restaurants and attractions. Staff members were friendly and attentive, making for a welcoming atmosphere. However, the pool was unexpectedly closed, and the beds were uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience. I also found the service at the front desk to be lacking in warmth during my arrival.

The location was really good, just a short walk to the local dining and music scene. The room was spacious, which was perfect for my daughter and me during our stay for student orientation. We appreciated the easy access to Uber for getting around Rutgers. Even though we didn’t eat at the hotel, there were plenty of other options nearby that made our trip fun.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the local cultural arts district and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere while also checking out some nice dining options. The staff were attentive, and we had clean, comfortable rooms during our stay. It's a good spot for groups wanting a fun getaway.
A bit more courtesy would have gone a long way!

The valet service was quick and efficient. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff greeted me warmly. My room had a comfortable bed with soft linens, and I appreciated the spacious layout. The location is fantastic for accessing nearby attractions and eateries. However, I faced a few issues during my stay. The shower drained slowly, which became quite annoying. I also noticed some wear and tear in the hallway carpets and the wallpaper. The bar's kitchen was closed during my visit, limiting dining options. I expected a better experience for the price I paid.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right near all the action in New Brunswick's Downtown Cultural Arts District. The room was spacious and comfortable for my kids.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more entertainment options for kids. We felt a bit limited in activities inside the hotel during our stay.
